Rules and Guidelines for the challenge:

1. Enter your name below
2. List your four (4) projects below
3. Turn this sheet in at the regular March meeting
4. Bring to Show and Tell any finished PHD’s (Project Half Done) at ANY meeting during the year.
   1. Make sure that the secretary records your PHD as completed.
   1. Your name will be entered in a drawing for a prize at the December meeting for each item you complete.
5. If you COMPLETE all 4 of your PHD’s by the December meeting, your name will be entered in the drawing for a fifth chance to win a prize.
