Labored Month

September and this year with a middle Labor Day means you (nor I! ) have missed the September meeting yet!!

Come join us THIS coming Monday, September 13, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. for our next program, business meeting, and fun show & tell.

For those of us in the farming industry, the extra labor looks to be ramping up in another week or two. This webmistress is praying over her meal preps and how I can best serve my family during the coming harvest. I’ll take your recipes that are gluten-free, dairy-free, and super easy & fast! I’m not asking too much am I? It really makes any casseroles or sandwiches really hard.

Our program in September will be Diane Murtha sharing her informative and humorous perspective on her quilt challenge experience. She will share with a slide presentation and bring her own bundle of show & tell. I think this will be very encouraging for all of us during our guild challenges or the ones you might do online.

The newsletter says the church where we meet still requires wearing masks. I’ve missed many meetings so that is what I’m basing this information on.
